Service Description
MAB Mechanical provides professional bi-annual preventive maintenance for up to two (2) rooftop units, ensuring year-round performance, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This membership includes two scheduled visits (Spring & Fall). Payment collected at this visit covers maintenance for both units for the full bi-annual service period. Priority scheduling for service calls Reduced risk of unexpected breakdowns Improved system efficiency and lifespan Consistent comfort and reliability Service Includes (Each Visit) ✔ System Inspection Full inspection of both RTUs, including electrical components, controls, and overall condition. ✔ Mechanical & Electrical Check Tighten connections, test voltage/amperage, and inspect motors, capacitors, belts, and controls. ✔ Cooling/Heating Performance Testing Verify refrigerant levels, inspect for leaks, and confirm proper system operation. ✔ Coil Cleaning & Airflow Clean condenser coils, inspect filters, and verify proper airflow. ✔ Drain & Safety Check Clear condensate drains and test safety controls. ✔ System Operation Test Run both units through full cycle to confirm performance. ✔ Service Report Detailed report with findings and recommendations.
Cancellation Policy

Here's what you need to know about our cancellation and late fee policy: Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. - A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for appointments canceled without sufficient notice. No Show Policy: - If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will wait for a grace period of 10 minutes. - If you do not arrive or communicate with us within this grace period, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and it may be canceled.
